Cottars 1920s
safari camp is located down on the
very eastern edge of the Mara and the border of Tanzania (a
region has good resident lion prides and, due to its secluded
location, has an intimate safari feel) away from the crowds of
the more popular
western Mara
region. The
camp harks back to the days of gramophones, hand cranked cars
and old world charm.
Cottars 1920s safari camp has 8 tents each with en-suite shower rooms, dressing
areas, the main bedroom and a veranda. The decoration inside
has been done in a way to incorporate original safari antiques
from the 20s and game drives, done by night and by day, in
replica vehicles.
